Total Soccer Training (TST) are thrilled to announce that we will be working in conjunction with Coastal Area Soccer Association (CASA) to provide club specific soccer programs commencing this Fall season.
TST is the most progressive soccer training and education company in South-Eastern North Carolina. We work alongside youth soccer clubs/associations and with individual athletes to provide supportive technical, tactical, and physiological training to enhance player development.
We will be providing specialized training for goalkeepers & outfield players (technical), fitness & nutrition (physiological and performance), & team play (tactical) clinics and camps, starting with our Thanksgiving programs which you can find more about by clicking here: >> Thanksgiving Soccer Clinics.
TST are going to help CASA players take their game to the next level and we are particularly keen to be working with CASA because of our common interest in player development.
Coaching the TST way, coaches and players will benefit from up-to-date training methodologies regularly used in the US and Europe to:
- Score more goals with power and accuracy.
- Learn the goalkeeping techniques that make you unbeatable between the posts.
- Become an imposing defender that is hard to beat.
- Become faster, stronger and more agile on & off the ball.
- Improve confidence with the ball at your feet.

Coach Harold
Coach Harold has dedicated his life to creating curriculum and implementing programs to create skillful and effective players on the soccer field. He specializes in coaching youth soccer players, and a terrific resource to CASA’s coaches who would like the opportunity to be mentored. He offers individual and team performance training implementing individual knowledge and planning leading strategies for on field success.

Coach Gram
Coach Gram is a highly dedicated player and coach who has been playing soccer since the age of 3. He has played on the Olympic Development National Squad, Duke University's All State Roster, Dixon High School and many local associations in the area to include Hammerheads, JASA and OCSA. Coach Gram will offer private 1 on 1 soccer training to all ages and skill levels. Sessions will focus on developing the main skill sets of soccer: Soccer IQ - Dribbling - Shooting - First Touch - Ball Control - Blocking and Tackling - Passing and Receiving Accuracy.
